It also served as the clearing Committee on all bills before the House of Representatives.  Bills before  the  House  were  processed  jointly  with  my  Committee and  the  relevant mother Committee that the Bill related to directly.

He has worked extensively in area of private sector development in Africa; he has been involved in shipping, management, advisory services and as a specialist in Management Development and Training:

Now He is Coordinator for the Special Purpose Vehicle for the creation of a Transnational Maritime Company for West and Central Africa. A project designed to facilitate trade among the member states thus achieving regional integration.He Lead the feasibility study of the regional  Sealink project which to the creation of the SPV

Mr Traore has offered consultancy services to major  multilateral and bilateral organizations such as USIA, AfDB, Ecowas, WTO, the World Bank group, the various UN Agencies
